For 9.1, how do you download the 1099 Patch 25143873 for Doc ID 2208049.1? When I click on the link https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/patch/PatchDetail.jspx?parent=DOCUMENT&sourceId=2208091.1&patchId=25143873 for this patch, it returns a "this page can't be displayed error". Thanks.
