Change the Default Tile Icon?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to change the default tile icon?  We'd like a different icon/image to display (not that there is anything wrong with the "Oracle/PeopleSoft" image) when users add a tile to their homepage that doesn't have an assigned image.  I looked through all the branding options, but couldn't find where this was set.
