Automatically update run control parameters on a scheduled batch report when the month changes

Attached are the steps to set up a scheduled run control for a batch report.

The run control parameters include Fiscal Year and [Accounting] Period.

What can we set up so that the Fiscal Year and [Accounting] Period get automatically updated each time the month changes, without any user intervention?
