SSO integration with Fusion cloud HCM

Hello,

I am going to do this integration first time. I have a question here:

When we integrate OAM with on-premise EBS, it presents page of OAM/OIM to pass the credentials. But when we integrate Fusion Cloud HCM with on-premise OAM/OIM, does it change URL of Fusion HCM? If yes, then how will we access Fusion HCM application from outside network?
