PS Query slow down

Hello, has anyone observed a slow down with PS Query.  To be more specific, we're noticing when running a query that has prompts, it's taking about two minutes just to get the page to enter the prompts.  We tried enabling Query Access List Cache, which seems to work for the day and then reverts back to the same issue.  This seemed to start back after we implemented bundle 42.  These are queries that have not been modified for years.

Has anyone run into anything like this?
