I am trying to use the XML tag values in the Hyperlink in RTF template but the XML tag values is not

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

What will be the syntax have to use to populate the XML values (Ex: <Invoice_Number_ID38>15903321</Invoice_Number_ID38> ) coming in the XML to the hyperlink option.
