PeopleSoft FSCM upgrade

Hi All

We are using PeopleSoft FSCM  9.20.00.000 with no image and peopletools 8.53.14.

Is there any document provided by Oracle as to what's new in the new image or new tool release so that a user knows whether to opt for the upgrade or not, as his current or emerging demands is going to be met.

Any ambiguity or clarity you may require in my query, kindly don't hesitate to mention.
