Is there any real time indexation delivered for Elasticsearch ?

Hello,

The difference between Oracle SES, and Elasticsearch could be that we can index new data on the fly, without running huge application engine for indexation.

Is there any features like this delivered in latest HCM image 20 or FSCM image 22 ?
