Unable to update collections level at Operating Unit level

Hi,

  Despite setting the 'Do you want to override Collections at Party level' and 'Do you want to define the collections level for OU level ' to 'yes' I am unable to define a different collections level at the Operating Unit level preferences.

  The default collections level only is active and I am unable to select a different option.

   Can you please help?
