deleting peopelsoft object groups

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Hi,

Is it possible to change/delete the object groups from the PIA.

During an audit we found one of the object groups is deleted by user and the user is not having access to application designer. only front end access is provided to the user.

Only one tree was attached to the object group and the object group is attached to a permission list.

The object group is deleted completely.

That particular tree was also removed from two other object groups..

Is there anyway to change/delete the object groups from the front end.

The users is not having access to application designer.
