Question about concurrent program, Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation

Hello experts,

We're currently running this program, Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation, in our prod environment.

And one of the things we noticed is that responsibilities to some users is getting deleted.  The responsibility itself does not get deleted but the assigned responsibility to a person gets deleted.

From the oracle application, it is not possible to delete responsibility.  The only thing that can be done is to end date an assigned responsibility.

Please reply back as to why or how this is happening.
