Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Applying RFU patches from HCM 9.2 PI 20 to PI 9 Demo

Hi,

I'm trying to apply RFU patches from HCM 9.2 PI 20 on to PI 9 Demo.

The change template contains few steps similar to that of application upgrade including a data conversion step (Run Data conversion AE - DC21963414)

Is this expected since PI 9 is on PT 8.54 or could this be a bug similar to the below one from PI 19?
