GST: Tax lines not created in AP invoice via Tax rules

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

We tried to test tax rules functionality for GST.

Defined reporting with reporting usage as Tax Determination

Attached reporting to Third party registration.

Created Tax rule and attached Tax category.

In common configuration screen attached defaulting basis as Rule basis.

We then created standalone invoice the tax lines did not get generated.

Please note when we attached the default tax category to the same vendor site in Third party registration screen,

we could see that the tax lines are generated.

Please review the screen shot for details.

Please let me know if any setup is missed.
