Staged Dnning Letter failure

Hi All,

While running IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers (staged method/custom template),the program completes in warning .

The Collections Dunning Request Status Report displays error as Sending process failed: XML data generation failed

and xml generated has the following tags

<ERROR>IEX_SEND_FAILED_NO_XMLDATA</ERROR> 

<ERROR_DESC>Sending process failed: XML data generation failed.</ERROR_DESC>

The Collections Child Send Dunning Process (IEX: Child Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers) is being called but not Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager)

I am attaching the logs and outputs herewith for your reference.Please throw some light.
