Oracle Retail v13.0.2 - RPLBLD batch gets aborted with error "generic stored procedure error~INSERT

Hi All,

During the nightly chain RPLBLD is getting aborted with above mentioned error.
ORD_TEMP table holds data related to 'C'ross dock and 'D'irect to store replenishment.
Below are some key column data:

1) Review_cycle - 2/0

2) Stock_cat - C/D

3) Repl_Order_Ctrl - S

4) Repl_Method - M/C

Considering all these parameters this batch is trying to create a PO/Allocations but somehow getting aborted.

I tried below steps to recreate the scenario with similar data set but the batch did not fail:

1) Took an item, made sure item's SOH at source_wh and destination location is 0
