PO Induction upload is throwing error while uploading template with extra sheets on it

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

In RMS version 15, PO Induction form is throwing an error  "Extra sheet in the input file." while uploading the PO Induction template with extra sheets on it.

But the Item induction upload will work fine for template with extra sheets.

Can this validation be control by a configuration or settings change?

Why this validation is added only in the PO induction upload form and not in the Item Induction upload form?
