ExcelToCI failing with User-defiend type not defined

Hi -

User just received a new laptop and is running on MS Windows 10 (64 bit) and Excel 2016. Shop is running on Financials 9.2 with PT 8.54.

When attempting to run the ExceltoCI to upload Journals into the General Ledger, he is receiving the following error

Compile error:

User-defined type not defined

Appears to be pointing to statement Dim xDoc as DOMDocument in Function sendXML.

Any thoughts on what needs to be done?
