RMS v16, Allocation v16, and ReSA v16 login issue

Good afternoon everyone,

I have installed RMS v16, Allocation V16, and ReSA v16 application successfully. I tried to login to these application using RMS_ADMIN, ALLOCATION_ADMIN, and RESA_ADMIN users respectively, however, I am getting "Your sign in information is invalid.  Enter a valid username and password"  Error message.  I created these users in LDAP and I am able to login to LDAP (ODSM) using the these users.  I followed all steps on the installation guides for these applications and not sure what I am missing.  For instance, I see the following error java.lang exception in the "resa_server.log" file.  I appreciate any feedback to solve
