Each collections administrator responsibility in a multi org scenario is tied up to a different OU.But when i access the collections questionnaire from Collections Admin, Vision Operations and make changes in the same, it is reflecting on the Collections Admin, Vision Communications. What is the intent of the Collections Admin, at each OU level? Is it not similar to Receivables and Paybles setup?
If I want to setup different parameters at an OU level, as in configure different correspondence methods or set different operating unit defaults , is it not possible?
All the responses in the collections admin responsibility are tied up to site level profile options.Is this expected functionality?
