Installing OIF 11.1.1.9 onto existing IAM 11.1.1.5 stack

We have installed OIM/OAM since 11.1.1.1 and have patched it to 11.1.1.5 since. Due to some upgrade error to 11.1.1.7, we decide to stay at 11.1.1.5. Recently, we wanted to install OIF but was thinking whether we can jump straight into OIF 11.1.1.9. Is it compatible if we install OIF 11.1.1.9 over the current OIM/OAM 11.1.1.5? One major thing we need to upgrade is probably the WLS to 10.3.6. Other than that. any other complications? Any help/advice is appreciated.
