OIF 11.1.2.3: need more information

Hi all,

I need to more information about installation and configuration of OIFin order to prepare a new OIF-Environment and can not find exact Statement of Oracle (OIF-Certification Matrix and introductions regarding OIF 11.1.2.3.

Is it enough to download:

Oracle Identity Federation 11.1.2.1.0 for Linux x86-64 --> Is it certificated with OAM, OIM 11.1.2.3.0?

then:

https://edelivery.oracle.com/

with the following components:

1- Oracle Coherence (3.7.1.0.0), 6 files  
2- Oracle Fusion Middleware Repository Creation Utility (11.1.1.9.0), 1 file
3- Oracle Identity and Access Management (11.1.2.3.0), 21 files

4-  Oracle WebLogic Server (10.3.6.0.0), 5 files

or do I Need to additional Downloads:
