Case status in Collections

Hi,

I was trying to find out how is case status updated in collections. I found out about following scoring engines

1)Case Scoring R12.1.1

2) Case Scoring.

I ran the program IEX:Scoring Engine harness by providing the above mentioned scoring engines as a parameter. However, I don't see the case status updated for any delinquent customer.

Can someone share any information around this.
