Oracle HRMS Organization classification for Advanced Collections

We have upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3 and are starting the set up of the basic Advanced Collections.

As Resp HR Foundation, navigating to Work Structures -> Organization -> Description, we have an organization "X" that is classified as Legal Entity.

When we define the Employee, we are able to save the location as the location of the Org "X". However the Organization of the Employee comes up as "Setup Business Group" and not as "X". Is this okay ?

Should this Org "X"  also be classified as  'HR Organization'  so then the Employee organization would come up as "X"?  Is this needed for Advanced collections ?
