Collections status remains 'Current'
Hello,
Since december, the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers finds no data, even though we have delinquent customers.
When we checked the Collections status of the customers who should appears in the report, they remains to 'Current' instead of 'Delinquent'
.
So I ran the following reports:
- Workflow Background Process - ITEM - IEX:Collections Strategy Workflow, IEX: Strategy Fulfillment Mailer
- IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager
- IEX: Scoring Engine Harness' with Scoring Engine 2 for Delinquency Status Determination
Then I re run IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers but still have nothing
Do you ever have this case or do you know if I miss something or if there is a bug?
