Recurrences running with old dates

Hi Everyone

We have below situation for only one recurrence .

We run few jobs on weekly basis, based on the recurrences setup with custom dates. We have set the start date as of 01/01/2017. But the job started running from 2 years back onward. This became an problem for all the jobs that using this recurrence. Rest of them are running fine.

We have selected the "Do Not schedule any process missed from recurrence pattern".

Do anyone have same situation, please let me know if you have any findings on this.
