OIM 11g PS3 - User Create with SCIM/REST doesn't trigger an approval workflow

Hi everyone,

I have an implementation where I configured approval workflows for the User Create operation (even when the XELSYSADM creates a user).

This works fine when using the UI, but when trying to create the User from the SCIM/REST service, the user is immediately created without triggering an approval workflow before.

Does someone experienced this before, and if so, how did you overcome it?
