Failover Issues in SSO

Hi,

What is the failover strategy the datacenter need to adopt if OID or OAM or Oracle WebGate or OVD hit with a bug and the environment completely goes down?

In this type of event situation what kind of DR we need to have for the whole Identity Management products to ensure the users are not interrupted with login issues.

Please suggest some best recommended solutions.
