How to disable sending query output via email
We are upgrading from PT 8.49 to PT 8.54.
I noticed when scheduling a query via query manager/process scheduler and selecting email output the actual output (xls, csv, pdf) is included in the email.
In PT 8.49 email would only include a web link and recipient would have to sign-in to PeopleSoft to view the query results.
I know in PT 8.54 users can turn on "Email Web Report" under distribution during scheduling query and this only sends web link vs actual file.
Do you know if there is a global option to only send web link?
We would like to disable sending PII data and/or large query outputs via email so wondering if there is a global option to default "Email Web Report" to on or is there way to control via Permission list security ?
