Hardware Sizing for PT8.55 and HCM9.2

Team,

Can you please help me with some guideline/baseline while hardware sizing in terms of resources (memory, CPU, Swap) for PT8.55 and HCM9.2 (Web/App/Database) on Linux and windows. I would like to know especially how can I consider no of CPU for hardware sizing (for example, scenario: maximum 1000 users login and view payslip).

Your help is much appreciated.
