Disable Method HtmlToPlainText from Outbound Communications Manager BS

Hi Experts,

We are having IP2015 PS12 application using F9 external email client, when we send F9 communication by selecting Template the HTML tags are converting into Plain text before moving the content to external email client.

On analyze the siebel log files, we have observed the BS Outbound Communications Manager and method HtmlToPlainText is used for this conversion. If anyone aware about this please pass your comments.

in Siebel tools we are not able to find the method HtmlToPlainText for this BS, it seems this method is hidden.

if any setting behind this for this conversion, please let us know.. Our intention is to disable this conversion either by code or setting change.
