Is ESSO-PR Supported In Virtual Desktop Environment (Client Horizon VMWare)?

We have users that are using VMware Horizon Client (PCoIP technology) that simulates Windows 7 desktop virtually to access our network. Oracle ESSO-LM and ESSO-PR clients are installed in the virtual environment, but ESSO-PR's Password Reset Link is not accessible from the Horizon VMWare Client's VDI logon screen. Does ESSO support Virtual Desktop (VDI) environment?
