reuse only few fields in a peopleosoft IB service

Hello

We have an existing PeopleSoft Integration broker service that we like to reuse. It's a nonrowset-based message.

We have a request and response messages with a vendor. We are using an AppClass on the handler.

We are trying to reuse this with another business area. However they will only be able to send few fields in the request message (for example, new business area will not send SSN field). Also existing response has many fields and we only need to send few fields to the new area.

Is it possible to limit the fields to be reused?
