How to remove error "Unable to create XML Data using the Query." while creating report in Account Re

Hi,

We are creating reports in ARM 11.1.2.4.

Query is valid and provides output when run in database directly but report gives error "Unable to create XML Data using the Query.".

Please provide pointers if anybody has faced similar issue.
