Not able to open Notification

Dear Team,

I am getting below mentioned error on clicking on Notification for all users.Need your guidance to resolve the issue

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27123: SQL error during call statement preparation.  Statement: begin WF_ADVANCED_WORKLIST.SetNavFromHomePage(:1); end;
