TOTAL value not flowing to GL, but the TOTAL id does

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi,

There was a total_id that was not in use in the system. It is in use now and we have added usage as GL. Also, we have entered records in sa_fif_gl_cross_ref. Yet, only the Total id has flown to GL but not its value.

Is there anything else to be done on this regard? How can i get the values of this total id flowing to GL? Could any one assist me please?
