How to identify requested URL in OAAM to enforce different policies (or actions)?

Please suggest..

If there is any way to identify requested URL in OAAM, so that different policies or different actions can be enforced for different URLs.

For e.g.

If user is accessing Application A, an OAAM IP range restriction rule need not apply. (abc.com/index1 is allowed for external and internal users both)

But the same rule will be enforced in OAAM if Application X is being requested. (xyz.com/index2 is blocked for external users)

*Above use case can be enforced using OAM alone.. but concern is about OAAM*

Action can be anything.. not just IP restriction..

Howdy, Stranger!
