Why hasn't Oracle added a manual step to the upgrade template to drop PSRECFIELD_TMP?

I've been working on PeopleSoft upgrades for several years now. I just have to say I'm appalled that Oracle still hasn't changed the application upgrade templates to include a manual stop to drop the PSRECFIELD_TMP table prior to the task Creating a Copy of RecFied Definitions. This would avoid one more failed step. Please consider making this change.
