On the status monitor screen, is there way to display only record for the custom approval group?

in Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have a custom workflow that will generate a list of approvers and send a notifications to each approver.  The status monitor screen will display a records based on the number approvers.  The status monitor is there a way display only one record in the status monitor screen?
