nVision report - Prompt value missing

Hello,

I have created a new nVision report and it contains 7 worksheets (tabular layout sheets).  The data source are 7 different queries with different prompts.

I have tested the report in two-tier and it works.

However, I'm in three-tier and I'm not able to run the report - keep getting this message: "Prompt value missing. Please provide all the prompt values and re-run the report." I have entered all the values for the prompts.

I'm running it through "Define Report Request" and "Report Book" and it doesn't work.

Any help is truly appreciated!!
