How to purge the WF_DEFERRED(Retained data) separately

Hi experts,

EBS 12.2.4

DB  12.1.0.2

We are having ORA-01555 intermittently after we started the Workflow agent listener.

ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 2 with name "_SYSSMU2_1352010917$" too small

There are so many Retained data in APPLSYS.WF_DEFERRED.
