nVision Error When Reporting On Summary GL Ledgers Using Summary & Detail Trees

Hi Community,

We are working on a PeopleTools upgrade from 8.48 to 8.54, for Financials 8.9.

We are using an nVision client with 64-bit Excel 2010. Our Consolidated P&L report uses the GL summary ledgers and the combination of a summary and a detail tree to define the data we wish to report at Departments defined as Strategic Business Units.

We are seeing error messages such as these:  Node 　开匀刀开䌀伀一吀䤀一䜀䔀一䌀夀 undefined or invalid in tree DEPT_MGTACC. (28,20)

where our detail tree is called DEPT_MGTACC. The node reported as not being found seems to be reported in Chinese characters even though our system uses purely ENG English.
