1099 Copy B address font is smaller this year than in previous years

Has anyone noticed that the address field font is smaller this year than it has been in previous years.  When using a standard envelope with window, I am now seeing  the Instructions for recipient and several lines of the instructions within the envelope window.  This is less than Ideal.
