PeopleSoft SMTP Encryption / Digital Signature

Good afternoon,

Is there a way to encrypt mail from PeopleSoft with the recipient's public key, so that only the recipient can read the e-mail?

I see that there's an MCFOutboundEmail Class properties called SMTPSSLClientCertAlias,but wasn't sure if can be used for taking the recipient's public key.
