PeopleTools 8.54 causes issue with SESSION NLS_TIMESTAMP_FORMAT VALUE for PeopleSoft custom SQR's.

Has anyone ran into this issue in which the run control with a date prompt causes an issue with SQR. The process run fine in our QRAC LINUX/ORACLE environment but it fails in our development environment.
