Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to create French user in RMS application 15.0.1

Hi,

Could any one let me know how to create a RMS user with French language

i.e.,In "user_attrib" table what value should be given to "lang" column

I'm aware of the process for RMS user creation but not sure for French user

Please suggest on this.
