We've had to write custom code to Change the accounting date to the approval date if the accounting

We have seen this is a reoccurring issue with other clients.

The solution proposed, "You should set privilege called "Accounting Date" to "Modify" to allow reviewers and approvers to change the accounting date value", is not acceptable to us. We do not want everyone to have access to change the dates. We would like to propose Oracle make a base change for future users.
