PT Client Upgrade on PUM server

Hi -

We can't connect to our PUM Image (PI) from Change Assistant (CA) on the PUM server.  Our PI is Image 21 built with PT 8.55.12 according to the manifest.  The PI is up and running.  Our PUM server is on PT 8.55.07.  Opened an SR and the analyst suggested upgrading the PT client on the PUM server from the PI since the PT client software is delivered with the Image.  The  PT client software should be in the Sambra drive \tools_client in the PI.  Problem is there's no software in the drive, such as the .bat and .exe and the
