Credit Memo created through Autoinvoice does not show Header details

Hi,

I have created a localized Sale order and I have done localized RMA against that sale order.

I have Generated Credit Memo using Auto invoice and when i checked the Credit memo in Transactions form there is no header details like Line,Tax,Total.

but in Line items it shows Negative quantity and negative Amount.

I also checked in Transactions(Localized) Form,there also the same issue.

Also when i did the same process without tax,Credit memo is generated with Header details like Line and Total.

Can anyone please provide solution for the above issue.

I have also attached a file for your reference.
