Patch 25299828. Invalid file references.

I'm trying to apply patch 25299828. When I get to the step "Define or create a new package" in Change Assistant, I get "Invalid file references" for the DMS files.

I've tried 3 times, starting from scratch, and get the same result. pi_home is mapped.

Please help
