Can Schedule Jobset Definitions be moved via data mover?

Can PeopleSoft Schedule JobSet Definitions be moved via data mover?  We've found there are two tables under these definitions, ps_schdldefn & ps_schdlitem.  The second one contains two fields item_node and parent_item_node that make us wonder if it is safe to migrate rows for a new schedule via data mover.  Any insight?
